Do you want to make a difference in your community and get to know fellow community members? Then why not invest the time you have with us!
Investing your time as a Rotarian connects you with a diverse group of individuals who share your drive to give back.
We intend to recruit club members who are dedicated to the Rotary cause and share a passion for both community service and friendship.
We use our knowledge of local issues to identify areas of need, then apply our expertise and diverse perspectives to the problem.
You will find Rotarians at work in the community right now feeding the hungry, tutoring children, maintaining parks, and more. You can help.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a student, a professional, a stay at home parent, a teacher, a doctor, a tradie or a farmer. We need young and old, retailers, gardeners, athletes, social workers, artists, grandparents and retirees too. If you have something you care about, and want to make a difference in your community, we need you!

Sunshine Coast Passport Rotary (Provisional) is a new type of Rotary Club meant to be flexible, affordable, accessible and family friendly.
Young professionals can find membership of Rotary particularly beneficial as they commence and start to establish themselves in their careers. Rotary provides many opportunities for developing business networks, mentoring and the development of professional skills through training, publications, engagement in projects and the holding of leadership positions at Club and District levels.
We invite you to take the opportunity to visit us any time to learn more.
Despite what you have heard, Rotary have relinquished the need to commit to weekly meetings. This fits in well with our club culture as we’re happy to take any help you can give! For some people that means contributing an idea or two, but for others that means planning major community or international projects or travelling overseas to participate in humanitarian aid programs.
We seek to serve the community with like-minded people, create friendships, and make business connections. The Passport club provides opportunities during each month to:
- participate in a club meeting
- volunteer at events or activities supported by Rotary
- attend social events where we can meet in a relaxed setting
- learn about our local and global community
